Return & Refund Policy

Customers have up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product to request a return, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.

To request a return, the product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect may be returned at no additional cost to the customer.
